Submission Preparation Checklist
Please verify that the work meets the basic conditions for publication:
- The subject matter is consistent with the profile of the Journal.
- The work has been prepared in accordance with the publication template used by the Journal.
- The work file contains all required elements, including the affiliation of the author(s), title, abstract and keywords, complete bibliography, correctly formatted footnotes.
- The work has not been previously published and is not currently submitted for publication with another publisher.
Copyright Notice
- By submitting a submission, the author confirms that he or she owns the copyright to the work.
- In the case of co-authorship, the author confirms that he/she has obtained the consent of all co-authors to submit the work.
- The author consents to the publication of the text in all fields of exploitation in the Journal of Criminal Law and Penal Studies.
- After accepting the work for publication, and before submitting it for further publishing work, the author signs an agreement with the publisher of the Journal regarding the license.
